1. Service Description

SSUMITRA provides AI-powered Vedic astrology readings based on your birth chart details (date, time, and place of birth). The service operates on a prepaid credit system where users purchase question credits to receive personalized astrological insights.

They should not be treated as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other critical life decisions. You should always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

2. Account Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your birth details for astrology readings. Providing false birth information will result in inaccurate readings, and we bear no responsibility for readings based on incorrect input.

You must not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the Service. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Credits & Purchases

SSUMITRA uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are available in the following packages:

• 5 Questions — ₹295
• 10 Questions — ₹531
• 20 Questions — ₹944
• 30 Questions — ₹1,239

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Credits never expire and remain available in your account until used. Each credit entitles you to one personalized astrology question and reading. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect credits already purchased.

4. Payment

All payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card data. All payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SSUMITRA — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and generated readings — is the property of Conversion Lab or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Readings generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.

7. User Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

SSUMITRA's readings are generated by AI based on Vedic astrology principles and the birth details you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading. Astrological readings are subjective in nature and should be interpreted at your own discretion.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Upon termination, any unused credits in your account will be forfeited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
