Nature of Service

SSUMITRA is a digital platform that provides AI-powered Vedic astrology readings and personalized birth chart analysis. All services are delivered digitally in the form of question credits. There are no physical products, shipping, or delivery involved.

Credit-Based System

SSUMITRA operates on a prepaid credit system. Users purchase question credits which can be used to ask personalized astrology questions and receive detailed readings. Credits are available in the following packages:

Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account until used.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded. This is because:

• Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase.
• Our AI-generated readings are personalized and produced in real-time.
• Digital services, once delivered, cannot be “returned.”

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or credit adjustment in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• Failed delivery: If credits were not added to your account after a successful payment.
• Technical issues: If a persistent platform error prevented you from using your purchased credits.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt or transaction ID.

Cancellation

Since SSUMITRA uses a one-time credit purchase model (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. You are never automatically charged. Each credit purchase is a separate, voluntary transaction.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
